About Blue

Welcome to Tend Somatics! My name is Blue (they/them). I am a queer, kinky, non-binary, sex-positive Somatic Sex Educator in training dedicated to supporting your journey toward a more embodied life. My practice is grounded in humility, strong professional boundaries, ongoing self-accountability, and embodied voice and choice — all of which allow me to show up fully for my clients and community.

As a student I offer a client-centered, trauma-informed approach for individuals seeking to explore pleasure and sensation, gender identity and expression, sexuality, sexual trauma, and transitions related to gender-affirming surgeries or HRT and folks with IC or chronic pelvic pain.

My intention is to cultivate a safe and supportive space that honors empowered choice, authentic voice, and the capacity to form new neural pathways — pathways that reconnect you to your body on your own terms.

I am passionate about helping clients gently dismantle narratives of shame and "brokenness" and move toward a fuller, more compassionate relationship with themselves and their bodies. I believe that simply seeking support is an act of courage worthy of recognition.

Approach & Motives

I view Somatic Sex Education (SSE) as a powerful pathway to deeper self-understanding. We live in a culture that too often asks us to override or numb the felt sense of our bodies. My own lived experiences of disembodiment and perseverance have fueled my commitment to helping others access their full embodied potential, always moving at the speed of trust.
